Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Assist coordinator personnel administration to create and updates employee personnel data at SAP, including absence, movement, entry new employee for recorded and reported well.
Persyaratan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Business Studies / Administration / Management, Secretarial or equivalent.

Quality Assurance
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Conducted the compliance activity in according the quality manual and quality objectives. Ensure the compliance assessment implemented in related departments according to production realization and quality aspect. Support the internal Quality Audit and supplier Quality Audit.
Persyaratan
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any majoring
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Ability to analyze problems, design solutions and implement them for assigned projects

Industrial Engineering Manager

Industial Engineering Manager is responsible to lead and direct Work study Department by planning, executing, and controlling production capacity, from production costing and analysis, machinery allocation, material analysis up to utilizing high skilled employees, apply appropriate method and high technology machine in order to achieve company goal. The responsibility is include to lead and direct Change Agent in implementing, controlling and auditing Lean System and propose continuous improvement (Kaizen) in production. Incumbent is also responsible to ensure the development of employee morale and work attitude.
Persyaratan
- Minimum a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Mechanical, Shoe Manufacturing/ Leather (or relevant major)
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in industrial engineering or process engineer department in manufacturing industry
- Min. 5 years of experiences as Industrial Engineering Manager in large scale multinational manufacture company
- Proficient with MS office applications

To plan, execute, control and review all mechanical engineering and maintenance activity to ensure the maximum up time for machinery and equipment whilst respecting and enforcing company policy regarding safety, health and environment.
Persyaratan
- Bacelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
- Have experience more than 5 years in maintenance environment, in which minimum 3 years experience in supervisor level. Preferrably in a multinational company.
- Good communication skills and excellent of English, both written and oral.
- Strong knowledge in hydrolic & pneumatic system and multiple types of driving system
- Hands on maintenance & trouble shooting, Strong analytical skills & problem solving method

Having 2 years experience in related position
Having strong knowledge in computer hardware, software (especially Windows OS platform, SQL, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Anti Virus, Remote Control), and network system troubleshooting.
